Print & Digital Collateral
Lily Water founder, Nilfah, approached Scamp to create a logo and brand identity for her new interior design studio. The project included everything from print collateral, a portfolio website as well as a brand shoot and digital strategy.
The main objective was to ensure Lily Water stood out in a saturated industry and become known as an authentic and efficient design studio.
We wanted to create a high end yet friendly brand experience that reflects a global and timeless feel, in a clean and minimalistic way. We utilised a monochromatic colour palette mixed with serif yet contemporary typography.
The Lily Water logo draws inspiration from the petals of a water lily as well as the curves of arches used in contemporary architecture and interior design. Petal shapes are reflected to create stylised versions of the letters ‘L’ and ‘W’ of Lily Water, and these letters are stacked within a vertical rectangle to create a motif that has an ornamental feel while maintaining structure and symmetry.
The logo mark is paired with custom, capitalised serif typography to communicate a high-end and stylish approach.
We also leveraged this mark as the favicon due to its legibility and scalability.
